995: Frank Sinatra – Songs For Swingin’ Lovers! (1956)

This is the Frank Sinatra that I feel like everyone knows. Upbeat, even when he is singing about a break up. I wouldn’t say he is a fantastic singer, in fact his range is practically non-existent. He can be soft spoken or boistorious, if only on rare occasion. I wonder how much he actually wrote. I could see how listening to this would be mood setting, even today.

Bottom Line: Worth a listen, especially if you’re into this style of music.
